By Tim Warner © http://www.4windsfellowships.net Most pretribulationists believe the pretribulation rapture was not taught by Jesus, but was given to Paul as a special revelation. Therefore, it is important for us to see if what Paul taught about the rapture is different from Jesus' teaching. If there are mutually exclusive differences between what Jesus taught … Continue reading The Last Trumpet 1 Corinthians 15

Moses & the Millennial Week
November 21, 2021 Tim Warner 4windsfellowships The previous posts demonstrated the pervasiveness of the Millennial Week chronology among the early Christian writers close to the Apostles. The primary passage cited by these writers was Psalm 90:4, “a thousand years in Your sight are as the day,”[1] cited by Peter in 2 Peter 3:8, “with the … Continue reading Moses & the Millennial Week

Which part of the Tribulation are the 1,260 days, 42 months and “a time, times, half time”?
It is often difficult to remember when we come across these values 1,260, 42 months and “time, times, half a time” to which part of the 7 year period of the Tribulation they are referring. 1. The 1260 days always refers to the first half of the 70th week (Revelation 11:3; 12:6) Revelation 11:3 And … Continue reading Which part of the Tribulation are the 1,260 days, 42 months and “a time, times, half time”?
Jesus’ Parable of the 10 Virgins
This is an interesting understanding of the 10 Virgins Parable which deserves consideration. We always need to look at context and understand the references to previous uses in this case "virgins". Rest from Persecution AFTER the Tribulation 2 Thessalonians
Second Thessalonians was written soon after the first Epistle to correct further questions and misconceptions about the coming of Christ. In his previous Epistle, Paul tied the resurrection to the rapture, thereby comforting them concerning those who had died. In the 1 Thessalonians 5 he encouraged them to be expecting the coming of Christ. The … Continue reading Rest from Persecution AFTER the Tribulation 2 Thessalonians
The Book that Tastes like Honey but becomes Bitter
God uses the same symbolism, principles and parallels to communicate to us. Sometimes there is a direct application and in others there information to be gleaned from each portion of scripture to help understand what God is saying. An example is the picture of John eating the book(scroll) that is written on both sides in … Continue reading The Book that Tastes like Honey but becomes Bitter
The Permanent Land Inheritance in the Prophets
Paul's point was that God's promise was to Abraham "and to your Seed", whom Paul said was Christ. The “inheritance” is what was promised. And that “inheritance” is the permanent possession of the Land. According to Paul, the Law, which provided a temporary and conditional possession of the land, cannot overturn the unconditional promise of the inheritance given to Abraham. Since Christ is the ‘Seed’ to whom the inheritance was promised, and since Christ had not yet come when Joshua led the Israelites into the Land under the Mosaic Covenant, it is obvious that the Abrahamic Covenant was NOT fulfilled in Joshua's day. It could not be fulfilled without Christ.

Jewish Wedding Customs and the Rapture
Christian writers throughout history have recognized an underlying theme in the Scriptures, that Jewish wedding customs form a pattern for the redemption of mankind. This is rather hard to miss, particularly when both Paul and John refer specifically to the “Bride” of Christ. But only recently have the Jewish wedding customs been used within the … Continue reading Jewish Wedding Customs and the Rapture
